Your Best Decision Starts With a Great Inspection
Our Process
1) Schedule your inspection online or contact us directly.
After scheduling your inspection online, we will reach out to you to confirm your appointment.
2) We prepare for your inspection.
We will do our homework for your inspection by gathering information about your property. We use the MLS and city/county websites to gather information about the property such as the listing details, seller’s disclosure, property info, previous permits, etc.
We will also schedule the inspection with the seller/listing agent.
3) We perform your inspection.
We will arrive at the property at your selected appointment time and perform a thorough inspection of the property. This part of the inspection typically takes about three hours.
4) Your inspection walk-through.
After we perform the inspection, we will walk you through the property and discuss our findings in depth with you. This is an opportunity for us to show you in person all of the items that will be in your report and for you to ask any questions you may have.
5) Your inspection report.
We will send your inspection report to you via email by 9:00 AM the following morning. Your inspection report will include all of our findings from the inspection. Items on the report will range from things you should know about your home such as the location of the main water shut-off, to safety hazards such as major structural issues.
